By submitting a URL for audit, creating a SuperAudit account, or purchasing a Founding Member subscription, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or legal entity, you represent that you possess the authority to bind such entity.
2. Audit Service & License
SuperAudit provides autonomous website intelligence powered by 38 specialized AI agents analyzing CRO, SEO, accessibility, speed, and copywriting. Subject to compliance with these Terms, SuperAudit grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide license to generate, export, and utilize audit reports and white-label client deliverables.
3. Permitted Use & Scanning Authorization

You agree not to use SuperAudit to conduct denial-of-service tests, harvest sensitive personal data from third parties without authorization, or reverse engineer the underlying AI agent evaluation engines.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SuperAudit AI Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the platform. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
