1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using SuperAudit, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you are prohibited from using the platform and must immediately cease access.
2. Description of Services
SuperAudit provides AI-powered website analysis scans evaluating Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), User Experience (UX), SEO, trust markers, accessibility compliance, and performance speed scores. The insights are recommendations, and we do not guarantee sales increases or technical compliance outcomes.
3. Usage Compliance & Scraping Rules
You grant SuperAudit permission to access and audit the target URLs submitted by you. You represent that you own or have authorized access to audit the submitted websites. You agree not to use the platform to scan malicious websites or utilize automated scrapers to extract platform auditing results outside of official APIs.
4. Billing & Refund Policy
Subscriptions are billed on a monthly recurring cycle. Refunds are computed on a usage basis: each AI scan used deducts 5% of the monthly fee from the refund. Consult our Refund & Cancellation Policy for more details.
5. Limitation of Liability
SuperAudit will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from website changes made in reliance on our platform reports.
